Due to the nature of online shopping and different screens our products and colours may not show up exactly as they are. Being handmade, the alternative firing methods and being from natural materials items will also show characteristics not present on mass produced items. This is the beauty of hand made products. Every item is unique. Please be aware that we will not issue partial or full refunds if you do not like the 'handmade' characteristics of this item or because of change of mind.
